Oasis Lawn Blend is a locally developed, premium grass seed mix designed specifically for Ballarat’s cool, wet springs and dry winters. Created by Rick Henley and Peter Harrington, co-founders of Oasis Turf, the blend draws on decades of turf expertise to suit local conditions while offering excellent water efficiency, wear tolerance, and shade resilience. The result is a lush, dark green lawn ideal for family homes and high-traffic areas.

Key Features:

  • Drought-tolerant with deep-rooted Rebel Extreme Turf Fescue

  • Maintains a rich, dark green colour year-round

  • Withstands wear and light shade – great for active homes

  • Ideal mowing height: 35 mm using a rotary mower

  • Excellent for both new lawns and oversowing

Watering Tips:

  • Water daily during germination (approx. 10–14 days)

  • Once established, water deeply 1–2 times per week to encourage strong root growth

  • In extended dry periods, the turf may slow its growth but will recover quickly with consistent watering
